Cookie Policy

Last Updated: September 11, 2026

This policy provides a clear explanation of how we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to facilitate your experience on our platform. It outlines the types of data collected and the methods you can use to control your preferences.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device and store information about your preferences or past actions. In addition to standard cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage, which keeps data on your browser for a longer period, and tracking pixels—tiny, invisible images that notify us when a page or email has been opened.

For a gaming platform like fokus777, these technologies are essential. They ensure that your session remains active as you move from the game lobby to the account settings, and they help us maintain a stable environment by remembering your device identity, which is a key part of our security and fraud prevention measures.

Types of Cookies We Use

We categorize our cookies based on their purpose. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function, while others are used to improve the overall user journey or deliver relevant content.

Category	Purpose & Example	Required?
Essential	Necessary for basic site functions. Examples include maintaining your login session and ensuring the security of your MYR transactions.	Yes
Performance	Helps us understand how visitors interact with the site. This allows us to see which games are most accessed and optimize page loading speeds.	No
Functional	Remembers your personal choices. For instance, it stores your preferred display language or the last game you opened in the lobby.	No
Targeting	Used to deliver content that matches your interests. These may be used to show you relevant offers based on your browsing habits.	No

How We Use Cookies

Session Authentication

We use cookies to keep you logged in as you navigate between different sections of the site, preventing the need to enter credentials on every page.

Preference Management

Cookies store your layout settings and currency preferences to ensure the site feels personalized every time you return.

Security and Fraud Detection

By analyzing device fingerprints via cookies, we can detect multi-account abuse and protect your account from unauthorized access.

Analytics and Optimization

We measure which pages are the most helpful to users, allowing us to refine the user interface and improve the flow of the download app process.

Third-Party Cookies

Some of the cookies deployed on our platform are placed by external service providers. We collaborate with partners for analytics, advertising, and payment processing to ensure a seamless experience. These third parties may set their own cookies to track activity across different websites for their own purposes.

Because these cookies are managed by external entities, we do not have direct control over them. We encourage you to review the individual policies of our analytics and advertising partners to understand how they handle your information.

How to Manage or Disable Cookies

You have the right to decide which cookies to allow. Most modern browsers provide straightforward tools to manage these settings. Below are general paths to find these options:

Google Chrome

Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.

Safari

Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.

Mozilla Firefox

Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.

Microsoft Edge

Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies.

Alternatively, you may use "Incognito" or "Private" browsing modes. While this prevents the browser from storing cookies after the session ends, it does not hide your activity from the website while you are browsing.

Important: If you block all cookies, including essential ones, critical site features will fail. You will be unable to maintain a login session, and your deposits will not process correctly.

Cookie Consent & Your Choices

Your control over cookies is primarily managed through your browser settings as described above. If our site presents a cookie notice upon your first visit, you may use it to set your initial preferences. You can typically revisit these choices by clearing your browser cache or adjusting your privacy settings.

Regarding your data, you may have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your information where provided by applicable laws in Malaysia. For a broader understanding of our legal relationship and user obligations, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may periodically refine this policy to reflect changes in technology or local requirements. When we make updates, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this section occasionally to stay informed about how we handle your browsing data.
